BPT Day 14

I’m a little worried that I’m starting to plateau so I tried to mix things up today and use some different routines.

Stats for today:

30 box jumps

7 pull-ups + 10 triangle push-ups x3

3 dropped pull-ups

40 machine squats w/ 20lbs

30 lunges w/ 10 lbs raised

30 bench presses w/ 20 lbs

40 machine squats w/ 60lbs

short box steps, 5 minutes

90 Russian rotations

30 side crunches per side

20 L leg lifts

80 second plank
